The MM-WM Consultant will work in an Internal project role for Designing an application for implementing SAP projects that transform business processes and tracking
Basic responsibilities includes the full lifecycle of projects, including process analysis, conducting workshops, providing recommendations and options for team consideration, writing design documents and flow charts, developing functional specifications, documenting and executing test scripts, writing training documents, delivering user training, and executing Go Live transitions with Hypercare support.
- Strong hands on knowledge of SAP Master Data and Material Management
- Understanding of other modules including SD, PP, PM, Manufacturing, and QM
- Proficient with Batch Management, Classifications, and Characteristics

Establish guidelines for computer system validation and oversee the computer and controls validation program for CAPS to ensure compliance with state and FDA requirements
Responsibilities: Essential Duties
- Author and implement corporate and local policies and procedures pertaining to computer system validation and change control.
- Define standards to ensure compliance with FDA requirements for computer system validation and 21 CFR Part 11 compliance.
- Author or review procedures and policies pertaining to computer system validation, system life cycle maintenance, IT policies and operations.
- Author or review validation documentation for specific computer systems, equipment/process control systems, and computer networks, to include validation plans, system requirements, design, and validation protocols/reports.
- Provide technical guidance and quality oversight to IT and pharmacy staffs and contractors involved in computer and control system validation.
- Provide guidance to B.Braun US and Global operations concerning computer system validation requirements and standards that can impact CAPS operation.
- Review regulatory rules and guidelines pertaining to computer systems and electronic data and determine their impact CAPS operations. Stay current with FDA requirements for these rules.
- Act as QA Lead in specific computer-related projects in CAPS, including quality, laboratory, and compounding systems.
- Provide risk assessment on product nonconformance and field performance issues
- Support the planning of validation activities and staffing requirements for computer system projects
Qualifications
- BS degree in technical or scientific discipline and five or more years of experience in Computer System Validation and Computer System/Database Design/ Programming preferably in the pharmaceutical and or medical device industry.
- Hands-on Experience in computer system specification development and validation
- Experience with USP, cGMP’s, and FDA guidelines.
- Valid driver license required
- Able to travel approximately 25% per calendar year

The System Engineer will provide application technology and server support in a large-scale IT enterprise. Candidate will work in a large-scale Enterprise environment using Systems Center Configuration Manager and Systems Center Operations Manager. Responsibilities include the design, deployment, and troubleshooting of SCCM. 3-5 years of information systems development experience including systems analysis and design techniques for the implementation of large-scale computer systems.

The Applications Packager leads a Release team responsible for the planning, scheduling and control of the movement of releases to the test and live environment with the goal of protecting the integrity of the production environment. The Release team tracks all Change Requests associated with a release and ensures that releases are clearly defined and successfully transitioned to production (i.e. deploys at the right time with the right things.) The Release team coordinates closely with Solution Delivery, the Service Desk, and the Operation Services teams to plan and implement changes into the production environment. The team also conducts final release testing prior to release of any new solutions, equipment or changes to the production environment. It manages release tools for example, SCCM and Marimba. Through the team, the applications packager leader is responsible for providing the following Release Management Support Services
- Assisting in generation of release management policy and procedures;
- Providing IT Services release management team outreach, communication, training and execution of IT Services release management processes;
- Maintaining physical control over the definitive copies of software and hardware components as defined by release and configuration management policy;
- Deploying Hardware (HW) and Software (SW);
- Ensuring that all change packages deemed suitable for deployment include installation plans/instructions, service desk training/documentation, back-out procedures, schedules and other information necessary to ensure a high probability of first-pass success for deployments;
- Working with all Transition Services to determine deployment mechanism and best course of action;
- Scheduling the changes to the Enterprise and coordinating the changes with customers and stakeholders;

This role is for supplemental support to accommodate our Tech Refresh. The SQL DBA Role will be responsible for managing SQL databases, SQL servers and SQL clusters throughout their lifecycle. This role plays an important part in the SQL related aspects of designing, testing, operating and improving IT services. This is a large, enterprise SQL environment, underpinning many mission critical applications. Interfacing with business application owners, to provide SQL support and guidance is a key element.

Assisting current DBA team with day to day support to both technical/non-technical parties.
